Personal Income Tax - Exemption Request (Document Template)

The exemption applies to you if you earn income from fixed or variable income investments and your benchmark tax income is less than certain amounts (as indicated in the letter).

The model letter allows you to request an exemption from the levy made as an advance from income tax.
